Creative Academy returns to Denman

The Fine Arts Department of the McComb School District is hosting its annual Creative Academy summer camp, where students will learn about the arts and present a presentation of their works.
The district’s Fine Arts Coordinator, Clinnesha Dillon-Sibley, is organizing the camp for a second year.

Alderman said he warned of tree that caused Magnolia outage

Last year’s drought weakened trees, including one that fell on power lines Monday morning in Magnolia, leaving nearly 500 customers without air conditioning for most of Monday, leading to the closure of businesses and the Pike County Courthouse.
