Hospital welcomes new residents

Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center is instituting a new Family Medicine Residency program to help combat the state’s deficit of doctors, and the hospital is hosting an event July 9 for the public to meet the new physicians who will serve the area.

PCLT presents ‘Godspell’

The Pike County Little Theatre is preparing for the production of “Godspell,” a musical based on the Gospel according to the book of Matthew.
It will play 7:30 p.m. July 18-20 and 2:30 p.m. July 21. Tickets are available at eventbrite.com for $10 in or at the door for $12.
