When asked to describe her brother, Troy Floyd, the Summit Police officer killed in the line of duty on Thursday, Christy Montgomery wasn’t quite sure what to say, but she offered up six words that she believed summed up exactly who he was: “He was one of the good ones.”
“He died doing what he loved,” Montgomery said.
