State Rep. Sam Mims, R-McComb, spoke to the McComb Lions Club Tuesday about a bill he helped pass that will provide better access to mental health care.
Senate Bill 2829, which became law on July 1, allows regional commissions on mental illness and intellectual disabilities to create and operate on-site primary medical care clinics.
