Jayess man killed in wreck

A Jayess man died Monday evening in a two-vehicle accident on Highway 570 east of Summit.
Henson “Joe” Childers, 66, of Jayess, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, which occurred just east of the intersection with River Road North, Pike County Coroner David Rashad Taylor said.
