Voters in parts of five Southwest Mississippi counties will vote for a new state senator in a special election today.
The Rev. Gary Brumfield and Kelvin Butler are running to replace Tammy Witherspoon, who resigned her Senate District 38 seat after she was elected Magnolia mayor.
