The grandfather of a 2-month-old who died at a Pike County house last week faces charges along with the child’s parents, sheriff’s officials said.
Ray Grayson, 55, Summit, was charged with child neglect and ordered to wear an ankle bracelet upon his release on $250,000 bond, sheriff’s officials said Thursday.
