PCLT’s ‘Noises Off’ takes stage this week

The Pike County Little Theatre is poised and ready to deliver some big laughs with its production of “Noises Off.”

The play will run at 7:30 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the State Theater. Tickets are $10 at the door.

Osyka going wild with annual Fall Festival

Osyka is going wild with its 34th annual Fall Fest from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.

The Osyka Civic Club has lined up a list of attractions, including kids camo and buck contests, Mississippi’s premier reptile educator, authentic catfish handgrabbers, and an appearance by JimBob Allgood.

McComb music producer Thomas Richardson is using his musical talents to spread a message against sagging pants.

Richardson wrote an anti-sagging pants anthem to encourage youth to pull up their pants and reach their full potential, titled “Show Your Mind Not Your Behind.”
