McComb Selectman Ronnie Brock is seeking to rescind a vote on city water infrastructure, contending that fellow Selectman Tommy McKenzie’s vote was illegal.
At Tuesday’s city work session, Brock said McKenzie should not have voted on a water line matter because it would be a conflict of interest.
