Magnolia aldermen will consider updating the town’s zoning ordinances at today’s meeting.
The zoning ordinance manual “hasn’t been updated in over 20 years,” Alderman Joe Cornacchione said at last week’s work session. “We’re having problems because some of those ordinances are not clear, and they’re outdated.”
