McComb Police Chief Juan Cloy proposed a cut in police services and an increase in pay Tuesday night to bolster crime fighting.
At the city board’s work session, Cloy floated the idea of not responding to accidents in private parking lots, such as those at Walmart or Southwest Mall, unless someone is injured.
