Mallory Fenn Robinson has known she wanted to be in the hair business since she was a toddler.
At age 3, she started “practicing” on her grandfather, John Kelly Ourso, now deceased.
“He would lay on the arm of the couch and let me roll his hair and tease it up,” Robinson said.
