MEADVILLE – Wilkinson County threw everything they could at Franklin County Friday night, but the Bulldogs didn’t budge, earning a 42-20 homecoming victory over the Wildcats as they shut down Wilkinson County Air attack and its All-State receiver Devin Fossleman.
