Southwest Mississippi C.C. girls basketball assistant coach Alissa Adams has been formally announced as Brookhaven Academy's next head coach and Athletic Director.

Adams takes over the Lady Cougars' program following three seasons on Brent Harris' staff, who she also played for from 2015-2017.
