Adams finished the 2015-16 season fifth in the NJCAA in assists per game and 12th in free-throw percentage. The next year she was named to the NJCAA All-Region 23 Team, the MACJC All-State Team and was an MACJC State Runner Up.
The Kiln-native is a graduate of Hancock High School. Adams received an associate's degree from SMCC, a bachelor's from Mississippi State and also obtained a Master’s Degree in Teaching from William Carey University.
