Arson suspected in Magnolia apartment fire

Three households are displaced after a night of hard drinking led to a fight among neighbors and the intentional setting of a fire at a Magnolia apartment complex early Friday morning.
Firefighters went to the Enclaves of Magnolia around 4:30, where two units were fully ablaze. No injuries were reported.

Teen charged in killing, held on $1M bond

A 15-year-old has been charged in the fatal shooting that killed one person and grazed another teenager nearly two weeks ago in McComb.
Jaylen Patterson has been charged with murder in the Jan. 13 death of Joshua Bullock, 18.
He’s being held on $1 million bond following his arrest Thursday.
