A Facebook post by Ward 2 Selectman Matt Codding became the center of attention Tuesday night just after Mayor Quordiniah Lockley opened discussion on a proposed walking trail at the Martin Luther King Center.
The board voted 5-1, with Codding opposed, to accept a plan from Neel-Schafer Engineering for the walking trail.
