Playoff Push: N. Pike splits district tourney consolation games

Hosting their 5A district tournament this week, North Pike’s basketball teams continued their respective postseason runs by splitting a pair of matchups on Friday.

The girls side shot its way past Sumrall in the third-place game, while a short-handed boys squad fell to Brookhaven in the other consolation bout.
