Robert Moulder of Jackson will face questions about why he has yet to clean up a fire-gutted two-story building he owns at 1230 Delaware Ave.
The McComb property sits behind the northeast corner of Delaware and West Street and apparently has lain derelict for months without any sign of cleanup or repair.
