Anybody want to buy Downtown’s old JCPenney building?
Its owner, Tyrone Taylor of New Orleans, on Friday told City Judge Jwon Nathaniel that a newly hired engineering firm says the former anchor store at Main Street and North Broadway “is structurally sound.” Taylor also says he’s negotiating the building’s sale.
