A judge has granted a continuance in a case against a Brookhaven father and son who were accused of shooting at a FedEx driver they found suspicious.
Circuit Court Judge David Strong ruled on the defense motion Friday in what will potentially be the second trial against Gregory Charles Case and his son, Brandon Gregory Case.
