The Pike County Arts Council’s weekly Noon Tunes concert series is back, with the free hourlong performances taking place each Thursday in April at the Palace Theater’s Courtyard on Railroad Boulevard.
The Counts and The Delaware Horns opened the series with a performance Thursday.
