Christmas parades are getting ready to roll in the area. The first is in Magnolia, which takes place 5:30 p.m. Friday, with the theme ‘Superhero Christmas.’ McComb’s parade, with the same theme, rolls 10 a.m. Saturday. Also Saturday is Gillsburg’s parade, which begins at 2 p.m. Lineup is at 1 at the Old Gillsburg Cafe.
