Reward offered in Walthall shooting

A reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the shooter who killed one man and wounded another in Walthall County on Monday afternoon.
Walthall County sheriff’s officials said Crime Stoppers is offering a $2,000 reward.

1 killed, 1 wounded in Walthall shooting

A Walthall County man is dead and another was wounded in a Monday after noon shooting just north of Tylertown.
Javon Carpenter and Travis Williams were riding on a side-by-side ATV on Sims Thornhill Road when someone shot them around 3 p.m., Coroner Chris Blackwell said.
