Two Magnolia aldermen are in a runoff for mayor.
George “Lucky” Chaplain and Melvin Harris finished first and second, respectively, when the voting ended Tuesday night in a special election to fill the unexpired term of former Mayor Jim Storer.
They will meet in a runoff in July 22.
