Magnolia Village is being relocated to make way for what is expected to be a Family Dollar store.
Former Magnolia Mayor Jim Storer, who owns the Magnolia Village property at the corner of Highway 51 and Bay Street in Magnolia, has sold the property to Mainstream Partners of Fort Smith, Ark.
