McComb selectmen have hired a lawyer to represent them at no charge in Mayor Zach Patterson’s lawsuit against the city.
Patterson filed a claim in Pike County Circuit Court on Dec. 9, seeking a declaratory judgment to clarify sections of the city charter concerning his authority as mayor.
