Despite out-hitting their hosts on the day and holding a late lead in the second game, the Southwest Mississippi Community College Bears dropped 2-1 and 6-2 decisions at Mississippi Gulf Coast on Tuesday.
The losses drop the Bears to 15-13 on the season, while the Bulldogs climbed to 16-14.
