Shenita Jefferson wants her daughter, and all children, to have the same opportunities to participate in activities and socialize.
Her daughter, Mylaysia, 8, is developmentally delayed due to a brain injury. but Jefferson doesn’t see that as an impediment to her daughter’s experiencing fun and learning.
