The Mississippi Supreme Court has remanded a property rights case to Lincoln County Chancery Court, affirming a judgment by the state Court of Appeals.
The decision reverses a 2014 verdict by Chancellor Edward E. Patten Jr. that favored Linda Ball and the terms of a rental lease over John Oakes and the terms of Rose Greer’s will.
