TYLERTOWN — Walthall County has more than $31,000 in insolvent tax bills, the largest portion of which of belongs to an industrial tenant of the county.
Tax Assessor Peggy Hilburn told supervisors Monday that Brigade Manufacturing, which holds contracts for making military uniform pieces, has never paid any taxes to the county.
