Willie Jenkins, fired from his teaching position at Higgins Middle School in October, did not testify at his own employment hearing, and his attorney rested her case on Thursday.
Jenkins was not among the witnesses his attorney Edna Stringer called to the stand in the employment hearing that he requested.
