Three running to fill Senate vacancy

Hot weather and high heat indexes are nothing new to Mississippians. It is July, after all.

Over the past week, temperatures have been in the mid-90s, with heat indexes well over 100 degrees.

That means folks should take precaution and watch for signs of heat-related illness.
