Another voice is silent with the death of singer-songwriter-musician Dan Fogelberg this week.
The man who helped define the 1970s soft-rock genre and found his biggest fame in the 1980s, with hits like “Longer,” “Leader of the Band” and “Same Old Lang Syne,” died Sunday of prostate cancer at his home in Maine. He was 56.
