The Parklane Academy softball team kicked off the season on a high note Friday with a 11-1 win in five innings on the road against the Porters Chapel Academy Lady Eagles.
“It was a good win,” said Parklane head coach Greg Gatlin. “We started Alli Albritton on the mound and she did a great job. She had really good command.”
