A former Lincoln County resident who is being held in a Houston, Texas-area jail was indicted Wednesday for the murder of a Brookhaven man that occurred 10 years ago.
Arron L. Lyons is charged with first-degree murder, armed robbery and conspiracy to commit armed robbery in the death of John Deere.
