McComb selectmen are reviewing a city ordinance on beer sales after a Summit Street bar claimed Tuesday that it contradicts state law.
Ricky Ramsey, a spokesman for Darlene’s, asked selectmen to alter an ordinance that allows bars to sell alcohol until 12:01 a.m. Sunday mornings but forbids the consumption of alcohol afterwards.
