Mayor Zach Patterson has an ally in his call for more diversity among McComb’s finest: Acting Police Chief Greg Martin.
Martin, who is black, told the Enterprise-Journal Thursday that he agrees the city needs more black officers, saying a key issue is also the number of black applicants for positions.
