While North Pike school officials are hoping a tax increase won’t be necessary, the possibility is still there.
“I’m not sure it’s totally possible” to avoid a tax increase, Superintendent Dennis Penton said Thursday. “If there is one, we hope it’s very minimal, but we’d like to get to the point that we don’t have one.”
