With less than two weeks until Election Day, U.S. Rep. Gregg Harper, R-Miss., said voters need to look at issues rather than candidates.
“I think both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump have both done damage to some extent,” Harper told the Enterprise-Journal. “No candidate is perfect.”
