Mandy Scarpulla admits there was a time when she wasn’t as careful as she should have been about her diabetes.
“I haven’t been the best diabetic. I’ve done a lot of things wrong, but I’m much better now,” she said.
Scarpulla, 33, was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes when she was 9.
