An Amite County man is in jail for fondling after the victim reported the incident.
Micheal Daley, 45, of Smithdale was arrested for the crime, Sheriff Tim Wroten said.
Wroten said the female victim came to the Amite County Sheriff’s Department recently and reported that Daley had touched her inappropriately.
