Drivers who pass through the intersection of Anna Drive and Delaware Avenue will soon experience a smoother commute.
On Feb. 25 city workers installed new traffic signals at the intersection, and the city is adding, elevated concrete medians and wider turn lanes, as well as burying telephone lines underground.
