Police allegedly found a Hammond, La., man sleeping inside of a stolen truck on the Delaware Avenue exit ramp.
Nykellan Isaac, 27, 1244 Wardline Road, Hammond, has been charged with open container and driving with a suspended license. Isaac also is wanted by Hammond police for the theft of the truck.
