A McComb man died at the scene of a hit-and-run on Highway 98 early Saturday, and his mother witnessed the incident.
Bonnie Stewart of McComb said her son, Justin Lander, 33, called her to come give him a ride home after he had been at a lounge with his friend earlier Friday night.
