McComb police arrested a man Monday, just hours after he allegedly donned a plastic bag over his head, broke into a business and stole more than $1,000 worth of cigarettes — all while he was seemingly intoxicated.
Officers booked 48-year-old Terry Tyrone Smith, 405 Monroe St., McComb, on a charge of burglary of a business.
