A single-engine plane crashed shortly after noon today near a runway at the McComb Airport in Fernwood. The pilot did survive.
Magnolia firefighters on the scene said the pilot had some minor cuts and bruises but no serious physical injuries.
Details about what caused the crash are still being sorted out.
