A man who installs surveillance equipment was the victim of an auto burglary Wednesday after leaving his vehicle unlocked, but a last line of defense led to the recovery of his property.
McComb police arrested 19-year-old Jaheem Allen, 429 Argyle St., McComb, on a felony charge of receiving and possessing stolen property.
