Pike County Youth Court Judge David Brewer said that at least nine minors accused of gun-related crimes have either had their cases transferred to circuit court in the past year or have been charged as an adult from the start.
“I do believe juvenile gun crime has slowed down in the county,” he told the McComb Rotary Club on Wednesday.
