The Southwest Mississippi Narcotics Enforcement Unit has arrested 527 people in a three-county area during the past eight months, the unit’s commander told the McComb Rotary Club on Wednesday.
But it needs all the help it can get from citizens, said Tim Vanderslice, a veteran lawman who heads the agency.
